The Histology Service at the Sols-Morreale Institute of Biomedical Research offers specialised scientific and technical support for the processing, analysis and study of biological samples, providing essential tools for biomedical and preclinical research.

Our laboratory is equipped with the necessary facilities for tissue preparation and evaluation, including techniques for fixation, embedding, sectioning and histological staining.

Location

The Histology Service is located in the basement of the IIBM.

In addition, we provide a service and supervise the use of the cryostats, located in the instrumentation room on the 2nd floor.
