Introduction
The IIBM Junior group is an initiative created with the aim of involving early-career researchers in the life of the institute, encouraging their participation and providing a platform that gives voice to their needs and proposals. Among other things, the activities of IIBM Junior include organizing seminars and events, both scientific and social.

This group is aimed at predoctoral researchers and recent postdocs (within the first three years after defending their thesis), as well as technicians and other similar junior profiles at IIBM. We hold regular meetings, announced via our mailing list, to organize various working groups and activities. Everyone is welcome to participate in these events, even if you are not directly involved in the group.
IIBM PhDay
The IIBM PhDay is an exciting meeting open for early-career researchers to connect, share ideas, and showcase their work. It’s a full day dedicated not only to an engaging scientific program but also to broader topics that matter to young scientists starting their careers. We warmly invite everyone interested, from any institution, to join us: PhD students, research technicians, undergraduates, master’s students, and early-stage researchers.
