La Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer concede 1,2 millones de euros al proyecto propuesto conjuntamente por los Dres. Pilar Santisteban, Piero Crespo y Garcilaso Riesco-Eizaguirre.

The project presented jointly by Drs Piero Cresco (Institute of Biology and Biotechnology of Cantabria), Pilar Santisteban (our Institute for Biomedical Research) and Garcilaso Riesco-Eizaguirre (Universitary Hospital of Mostoles) has received one of 3 projects of 1 2 million euros that annually awards the Spanish Association Against Cancer to consolidated groups of cancer research. With these projects the Association promotes the application of the basic results to clinical practice.
