About this App

This app helps you identify transcription factors (TFs) that may regulate your set of genes of interest.

• Upload a list of genes to perform Overrepresentation Analysis (ORA), or
• Use a Differential Expression Analysis (DEA) table to run either ORA or Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA).
